Founder & President
With more than 30 years of experience in the HVAC and mechanical industry, Chad Tinko founded Local Roots Property Services on a simple belief: exceptional service begins with technical expertise, honest communication, and lasting relationships.
Chad holds an Associate of Applied Science in HVAC Technology and maintains multiple North Carolina HVAC and Refrigeration licenses, along with additional South Carolina certifications. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for solving complex residential and commercial challenges while mentoring the next generation of skilled trades professionals.
His passion for education led him to serve as an HVAC instructor at both Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) and Randolph Community College (RCC), where he helped prepare students for successful careers in the skilled trades.
In addition to leading Local Roots Property Services, Chad is the founder of Triad One Contracting Seminars, providing state licensing preparation, one-on-one coaching, and technician development for HVAC professionals across North Carolina.
Today, Chad continues to lead Local Roots with a commitment to quality workmanship, professional integrity, and helping homeowners and businesses protect their most valuable investments.
